Quick service, tasty snacks

Got some Ritter Sport and a hazelnut spread protein waffle bar. Arrived in 3 days. Products were fresh and exactly what I wanted. No issues.

Good stuff, delivery was quick

I ordered some Milka chocolate and Haribo gummies last week, and they got here pretty fast, like four days to my place in California. Everything was packed well, no melted chocolate or anything. Really hit the spot, reminded me of my trip to Germany.

Decent bread, but a small issue

I ordered the Landsberg whole grain bread and some Bavarian Limburger cheese. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Shipping took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona, and the perishable items were well-packaged with ice packs, which was good. The bread was fresh and the cheese had good flavor, just as expected. However, one corner of the bread packaging was slightly squashed when it arrived. It didn't affect the product inside, but it's something to note for future orders. Customer support wasn't needed, everything else was fine.

I'm worried about ordering cheese, especially Limburger, in the summer. How do they ship perishables so they don't spoil?

Z Zach Parker 1 week ago
They pack it really well with ice packs and insulated stuff. My cheeses arrived perfectly cold even when it was hot out.

Yeah, I got some quark a while back and it was totally fine. They know how to handle the cold stuff.

Thinking about getting some non-alcoholic beer. How do they pack glass bottles for shipping? Don't want shattered glass.

J James Thompson 2 weeks ago
They use those special inflatable pouches, or really thick bubble wrap. My glass bottles always arrive intact.

The packing is solid. I've ordered some sodas and gluhwein bottles and never had a breakage.

Can you use more than one coupon code at checkout? Got a newsletter one and a free shipping code I'm hoping to use together.

M Mary Allen 5 days ago
Nah, usually it's just one coupon per order. Most sites are like that these days.

From my experience, they only let you use one. Tried it once with a holiday deal and a free shipping one, didn't work.

is the first-time buyer discount still active? Wanna make sure I get that 10% off.

H Hannah J. 1 month ago
Yup, just sign up for their newsletter and they'll send you a code. That's how I got mine.

Does anyone know if their products are actually from Germany? Some sites say 'German style' but it's not the same.

A Anthony A. 2 weeks ago
Absolutely, everything I've gotten has been authentic, proper German brands. You can usually tell from the packaging.

They're definitely real imports. I've even seen some of the same specific brands I used to get when I lived there.
